By accessing and using Probilling System ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Service Description

Probilling System provides a comprehensive business management platform that includes:

• Sales and Purchase Bill Management
• Inventory and Stock Management
• Customer and Party Management
• Financial Reporting and Analytics
• Expense Tracking and Management

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account and password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information remains current and accurate

User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Violate or infringe upon the rights of others

Payment Terms

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues or system failures
• Circumstances beyond our control
• Security concerns requiring immediate action

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

In no event shall Probilling System be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
